Afghanistan national team of body building returned home with five medals from South Asian Competition held in India, a local newspaper reported Thursday.
"Afghan team of body building obtained three silver medals and two bronze medals from South Asian competition hosted by India last week," daily 8 Subh said, Xinhua reported.
The post-Taliban Afghanistan has made considerable achievements in the field of sport as Afghan players have brought series of medals home including one Taekwondo bronze medal from Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
A team of Afghan girl footballers went to Germany on Monday to receive training.
