A meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu began in Antalya on Thursday, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel, Trend reports with reference to TASS.
"The meeting between the heads of Russia’s and Turkey’s Foreign Ministries began in Antalya," she wrote.
The meeting is held in a "no tie" format.
On Thursday, the Russian top diplomat will participate in a diplomatic forum in Antalya. His meeting with Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba with the participation of Cavusoglu is planned on the sidelines of this event.
