Turkey increased the export of ready-made clothes to Iran by 60.3 percent from January through April 2021 compared to the same period of last year up to $5.5 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
Turkey increased the export of ready-made clothes to Iran by 7.6 times in April compared to the same month of last year up to $1.04 million.
Turkey as a whole increased the export of ready-made clothes by 32.3 percent from January through April 2021 compared to the same period of 2020 up to $6.3 billion.
Turkey exported the ready-made clothes worth $1.6 billion in April 2021, which is by 184.7 percent more than in April 2020.
The Turkish export of these products amounted to $18.7 billion over the past 12 months (April 2020 - April 2021).
