BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 16. Türkiye has appointed new ambassadors to a number of countries, Trend reports.

The relevant orders were signed by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

In accordance with the decision, Tanju Bilgic was appointed ambassador to Russia, Rauf Denktaş - to Poland, and Mustafa Levent Bilgen - to Ukraine.

Tanju Bilgic was the speaker of the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

At the latest presidential election in Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan won with 52.18 percent of the vote in the second round.

Erdogan also announced the lineup of the country's new Cabinet of Ministers on June 4.

Thus, the new cabinet includes Minister of Justice Yilmaz Tunc, Minister of Family and Social Welfare Makhinur Ozdemir Goktas, Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Ashkin Bak, Minister of Energy Alparslan Bayraktar, Minister of Defense Yasar Guler, Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of Finance and Treasury Mehmet Simsek, Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca, Minister of Industry Mehmet Fatih Kacir, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Ibrahim Kumaklu, Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Ersoy, Minister of Commerce Omer Bolat, Minister of Education Yusuf Tekin and Vice President of Türkiye Cevdet Yılmaz.
