Azerbaijani IT-company SINAM has completed a project called 'Creating an electronic document archive of the department of cadastre and registration of rights to immovable property under the State Registration Service of the Kyrgyz Republic', the company said today.

SINAM, serving as a system integrator, has been chosen as the organisation entrusted with operating technical building systems.

The project, which started in early 2012, is the last step within the creation of an automated registration system for the Kyrgyz Cadastre Department.

More than 420,000 registration files were processed within the project and more than 3.3 million pages of documents (sale-purchase agreement and regulations) and the cadastral archive file registration were digitised.

An identification property code was assigned to each digitised document.

The project aims to accelerate the process of meting out citizens' property applications while introducing 'e-government' technology in the country. The project will rapidly process the queries and provide the required documentation based on the citizens' appeals.

Attracting an Azerbaijani IT firm to implement the abovementioned project allowed the use of Azerbaijan's positive experience in the field of 'e-government', including the creation of electronic archives.
