Azercell Express office opened in Azerbaijan’s Ismayilli district

Trend: Azercell Telecom continues to increase the number of Azercell Express offices in Baku and in the regions to provide its customers with rapid and high quality services, Azercell's message said on November 8.
According to the message, the new AzEx office was opened on November 7 on Babek street, side street 2, apt. 1 of Ismayilli city.
Along with the subscribers from Ismayilli, the citizens of the neighboring regions can also benefit from the services of this new AzEx office. Similar to others, this AzEx office will also operate on the basis of "one-stop shopping" concept so convenient for subscribers. This conception allows customers to benefit from three services being in the same location. Customers can make payments for their monthly bills, use the full range of customer services and buy a new phone or a new number. Azercell Telecom became the first mobile operator among CIS countries to introduce its subscribers such services by launching its first Azercell Express office in Baku on August 27, 2004.
Currently Azercell has 18 AzEx offices in Baku and 29 in the regions. Moreover, four Customer Service offices operate in Baku and six in the regions. Azercell plans to increase the number of AzEx offices both in Baku and throughout the country until the end of this year.

Azercell introduced number of technological innovations in Azerbaijan: GSM technology, GPRS/EDGE, 24/7 Customer Care, full-time operating Azercell Express offices and others. With 53% share of Azerbaijan's mobile market Azercell's network covers 99.8% of the country's population. By the end of 2012 the number of Azercell's subscribers reached 4.4 million people.
