A workshop on gender equality n the South Caucasus will start in Tbilisi on Thursday, the parliament told Trend.
The seminar, held under the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), will focus on the role of women in the public-political life of the country.
MPs Afet Khanbabayeva, Rovshan Rzayev, as well as Adile Abbasova, the head of the social legislation division of the Administration of Milli Majlis [parliament], and Namik Aliyev , the head of the International Relationships Division of the Milli Majlis, will represent Azerbaijan in the forum.
