Azerbaijan , Baku / Trend , corr . S. Aliyev/ The National gas distributing system of the Country currently receives 4 mln. cubic meters of gas produced from Azerbaijan offshore gas condensate field, "Shah-Daniz" per day on average, a source in the "Azerigaz" CJSC informed Trend.
The gas production on the deposit was resumed yesterday, on February 20. It was resumed from the second pre-drilling well. The average daily debit of the well reaches 5,4 mln. cubic meters of gas.
8,6 bln. cubic meters of gas is expected to be produced on the stage of plateau within Stage 1 of the development of "Shahdaniz" field. 5,4-5,6 bln. cubic meters are expected to be produced from the field in 2007.
