Azerbaijan's dried fruits company reveals export plans

Azerbaijan’s Dadli Nakhchivan Mahsullari in the country's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic engaged in production and sale of dried fruits, plans to increase export of products, the founder of the company Emin Tarverdiyev told Trend.

Tarverdiyev added that the company also intends to expand the geography of deliveries of its products abroad in 2020.

"To date, the company has defined several routes for export to Russia. Export is planned in the coming months. In addition, we are considering proposals for deliveries to Eastern European countries, in particular to Poland. In this regard, we will increase production volumes in order to increase indicators of 2019 to 20-30 percent by the end of 2020,” the founder of the company said.

Tarverdiyev noted that the volume of dried fruit production exceeded 100 tons in 2019, which allowed covering domestic demand for different types of these products.

“Our products are sold domestically through specialized stores in Baku and Sumgayit. Along with this, we are working to improve the design, establish packaging production to improve the level of service for export products,” Tarverdiyev added.

Dadli Nakhchivan Mahsullari has been operating in the market since 2018.
