The situation on the contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani troops remains tense, Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Trend on Wednesday.
Armenian Armed Forces fired at Azerbaijani positions in Giziloba, Goyarkh, Seysulan villages in Tartar region, Tapgaragoyunlu village in Goranboy region, Marzili, Shurabad, Yusifjanli villages in Agdam region, Horadiz, Gorgan, Ashagi Abdulrahmanli, Ashagi Seyidahmadli and Ashagi Veysalli villages in Fuzuli region, Mehdili village in Jabrayil region and in the nameless heights in the Khojavend region from 08:00 on June 12 to 08:00 this morning, the Defense Ministry reported.
Despite the intense fire, Azerbaijan has not suffered any losses and attacks were suppressed by return fire.
