Azerbaijan, Baku, 4 November/ Trend , corr S. Kazimli/ A Baku citizen received a large sum of money from 43-year old woman allegedly to provide her with a job.
"The man who committed a fraud is wanted by police at the moment," Sabayel Police Office said to Trend .
Police Office said Elmira Javid gizi Akhundova appealed police claiming that 64-year old Baku citizen Mammad Oruj oglu Mammadov received AZN 4,500 from her under a pretext to provide her with a job in Industry and Pedagogical College in August 2008.
Mammadov has been convicted for several times before on charges of fraud.
A suit has been filed on fraud (178.2.4) by the Police Office of Sabayel district.
According to the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, if the court decides that the man charged with fraud is guilty, he/she is sentenced to three to seven years in jail and fined a large sum with confiscation of his/her property.
