Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on the appointment of Kanan Najafov as Vice President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
By another decree of the country's president, Zaur Gurbanov was also appointed as vice president of SOCAR.
