BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 19. Azerbaijan consistently supports the process of post-conflict normalization with Armenia, Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov said at the trilateral meeting with FMs of Russia and Armenia, Trend reports.
"This post-conflict normalization is a process that consists of various tracks. We advocate parallel work on all tracks. We believe that they are complementary," he said.
Bayramov noted that there has been a certain stagnation in the negotiation process since the end of last year.
"We, in principle, consider very positively that, since May, the dynamics has been consistent and positive. There have already been meetings and negotiations at the level of teams on a peace treaty, a meeting of leaders. We believe that today's talks will also be fruitful and will provide an opportunity to once again go through the entire range of issues. Naturally, on a bilateral basis, it is also a good opportunity to continue discussions with the Armenian delegation on the peace treaty," the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister said.
