President of Ukraine Victor Yushenko signed a decree on appointment of Stepan Volkovetski the Ambassador of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Azerbaijan, Trend reports citing “proUA”, according to the press service of the Ukrainian President.
The decree was signed on 21 November 2005.
