Crimes of the totalitarian Communist regimes, migration and emigration issues in Europe and etc., will be discussed at the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE), the head of the Azerbaijan’s delegation to PACE Samed Seyidov told Trend.
He noted, results of the referendum in Armenia and parliamentary elections in Chechnya will be also discussed. В"The Azerbaijani delegation demonstrated always its fair stance in debating each of the issues. For instance, we know, what happened in Armenia. In case we see application of double standards in handling the issues we will state about it”, Seyidov stressed.
