Assistant of U.S. Deputy State Secretary for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor Holds Negotiations in Baku
On December 18, the Assistant of the U.S. Deputy State Secretary for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, Barry Lowenkron, hold negotiations in Baku, Trend reports with reference to the Public Relations Department of the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan.
