Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. E.Huseynli / The Supreme Court of Azerbaijan submitted a letter to courts of first instance and appeal courts to take measures in order to provide timely consideration of cases. The decision was made during the plenum of the Supreme Court on 28 October.
In compliance with decisions made by courts of first instance and appeal courts of Azerbaijan consideration of the case is suspended due expertise directed on research, as well as to reveal psychological state of the suspected.
It was decided to submit the bill on changes and supplements in the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijani Republic during the plenum.
