The animal rights activist will go back where she used to live earlier - Brighton England - after selling her Robertsbridge, East Sussex country estate in order to collect the cash deposit of 1 million dollars she put down on the property.
The sum came after the 40-year-old former model sold a converted barn given to her by the former Beatle after their split in May 2006.
However, Mills has not gained any profits from the sale of her mansion, as it sold for 6.5 million dollars - the same amount she paid six months ago for the home.
Last year, in an appearance on U.K. TV show GMTV, Mills admitted her divorce battle with Sir Paul has left her 3 million dollars in debt.
