Azerbaijan launched the trial process on a person who provided false information about a bomb placed in the metro station.
Today, the Azerbaijani Heinous Crimes Court held a preparatory meeting on criminal case on resident of the Kurdamir region Elshan Mammadov.
The court hearing scheduled for Feb.5.
Nov.9 2009, Elshan Mammadov called "112" service of the Emergency Situations Ministry and said an explosive had been planted in Mashadi Azizbayov metro station.
The information was transferred to the service on duty units' management of the Interior Ministry. The information was wrong.
