The ruling New Azerbaijan Party's (NAP) youth organization offers to create a structure to coordinate the activity of the CIS youth organizations, NAP Youth Union International Relations Department head Ramin Mammadov said in an interview with the NAP website.

He said during the Fourth Congress of the "United Russia" party's youth organization "Young Guard" the Azerbaijani side's proposal was welcomed by both representatives of the organization's leadership and other youth organizations.

"Representatives of the major youth organizations periodically meet at various events. But there is no structure coordinating their activity. After creating such an organization it will be possible to organize further common discussions and exchange experience," Mammadov said.

At the organization's congress a resolution was adopted condemning unrest, which took place at the Manej Square in the center of Moscow on Dec. 11. In addition, it was decided that the fight against extremism is a priority for "Young Guard" in 2011.
