Azerbaijani Deputy Interior Minister, Lieutenant-General Vilayat Eyvazov is in the settlement of Nardaran.
Eyvazov arrived in the settlement in connection with the special operation being held in Nardaran settlement, Trend's correspondent reported.
The Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies started a special operation in Baku's Nardaran settlement from 08:00 (UTC/GMT +4 hours) December 1 to ensure the citizens' rights, freedom, protect their legitimate interests, seize firearms, explosives and devices, a joint statement of the Interior Ministry, the General Prosecutor's Office and the National Security Ministry said.
