This Novruz, Bakcell subscribers will receive as much as 1 GB of FREE internet for use in 4G network.
Within a special campaign dedicated to people’s favorite Novruz holiday, every Bakcell subscriber who downloads the “My Bakcell” mobile app and registers with his/her number will receive 1 GB of FREE internet as a gift from the mobile operator. The application can be downloaded from “Google Play” and “Appstore”. Note that only the subscribers who register in “My Bakcell” for the first time will be able to receive the free internet traffic.
Free internet can be used only in superfast 4G network of Bakcell during a 30 days period. Thanks to this campaign, the subscribers will be able to try and experience the quality and the unrivalled speed of Bakcell 4G network. The campaign will last until April 15.
Not long ago, Bakcell has designed the “My Bakcell” – a virtual customer care application to provide the customers with a convenient, transparent and enjoyable user experience. This innovative e-care app allows the customers to perform all necessary transactions with mobile number, with no need for calling or visiting the customer care center.
“My Bakcell” provides the users with such unique benefits as maximum level of transparency, full access to number’s usage history, covering the list of called numbers, time and duration of calls, as well as spent amounts a lots of other features, including an online chat. In the course of 1 year after the launch of “My Bakcell”, it was downloaded more than 240 thousand times
To participate in this campaign and use free internet, the customers need to have a 4G compatible phone and 4G SIM-card. Bakcell customers who do not have a 4G SIM-card can replace their old SIM cards with new 4G supporting SIM card, by visiting one of the Bakcell Customer Care Centers or the nearest Bakcell dealer shop in the area where they live.
