Farkhad Nadjafov, the Chairman of the Collegium of Lawyers of Azerbaijan, informed Trend that the Bar is expected to consider the complaints aimed against lawyers, which have been received by the organization. The complaints are expected to be considered during the Presidium of the Bar to be held this month.
No accusations of fraud are available among the complaints received by the Collegium. The Collegium has refuted to call the names of lawyers which are accused; however, the Bar noted that Adil Ismayilov was not among the complaints. Earlier he was claimed to be expelled from the Bar during the forthcoming Presidium.
