Azerbaijan, Baku/corr. Trend I.Alizadeh/ The Pardoning Commission have considered the submitted list of requests that include the names of accused persons on different charges, said Vagif Samadoghlu, deputy and pardoning commission memeber at president.
President Ilham Aliyev will receive the list of persons for pardoning, added Mr.Samadoghlu. He also said the president had an authority to sign the pardoning decree in may. Elmira Akhundova, deputy and another member of the pardoning committee, said the committee was continuing its job. At present there are no lists as the committee has not completed consideration of the submitted requests as yet.
Date of the next commission meeting remains unknown.
