BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 30. The turnover of the public catering sector in Baku considerably increased from January through April 2022, Trend reports referring to the Baku City Statistics Department.
According to the department, this figure amounted to 270.8 million manat ($159.3 million), up by 89.8 times on an annual basis.
The catering turnover of legal entities in Baku in the first quarter of this year equaled 170.9 million manat ($100.5 million).
In 2021, the turnover of the public catering sector in the city grew by 29.2 percent compared to 2020 up to 643.6 million manat ($378.5 million).
