BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 14. Azerbaijan's consumer price index (CPI) increased by 13.4 percent from January through September 2022 against the same period of 2021, the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan told Trend.
Food, beverage, and tobacco prices went up by 19.3 percent, while non-food products – by 7.6 percent. Meanwhile, paid services rendered to the population rose by 10.2 percent.
The country’s CPI in September 2022 edged up by 15.6 compared to September 2021.
