BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 13. Kazakhstan's liquids supply in 2023 is expected to grow by 0.1 mb/d, averaging 1.9 mb/d, Trend reports.
Thus, OPEC's forecast for the country's output has been slightly revised up by 3,000 b/d.
According to the bloc, in October, liquids output in Kazakhstan experienced a month-on-month increase of 54,000 b/d, reaching an average of 2 mb/d.
Crude production saw a 37,000 b/d uptick, reaching an average of 1.6 mb/d, while NGL and condensate output rose by 17,000 b/d, hitting an average of 0.3 mb/d.
However, as the forecast noted, Kazakh oil production faced a setback in late November due to storms near the Russian port of Novorossiysk, impacting supplies to a major export pipeline. Despite this, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) resumed oil loadings at its Black Sea terminal in less than a week.
