The State Housing Development Agency of Azerbaijan (MIDA LLC) and Merkuri-Inshaat LLC signed a contract worth about 128,995 manat ($75,880), Trend reports citing the Electronic Procurement portal.
According to the portal, the winner of the tender announced by the MIDA LLC for attracting work on the overhaul of an office in a residential complex located in the village of Hovsan, Surakhani district of Baku, has been determined.
The State Housing Development Agency of Azerbaijan (MIDA LLC) was established by the president's decree of April 11, 2016.
The main task of the MIDA LLC is to meet the needs of Azerbaijani citizens with living space, improve their housing and communal conditions, ensure the construction of multi-apartment buildings in a modern architectural style that meets environmental requirements and principles of energy saving, as well as improve public administration in the field of urbanization and construction.
