Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend / The State Veterinary Service at the Agriculture Ministry of Azerbaijan denies any information about the presence of bird flu in Azerbaijan.
The information placed in the NewsProm.Ru web site referring to the Federal Service on Veterinary and Sanitary Supervision of Tumen province does not correspond with reality.
The information stated that 2kg of meat was seized in Tumen province imported from Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijani State Veterinary Service reported nine bird flu inspections were made throughout the country. Results of the laboratory examinations will be revealed on 6 October.
