In January-September 2010, the property rights on about 71,000 real estate facilities have been registered in Azerbaijan, of which about 22,000 facilities have passed the initial registration, about 49,000 - second, the State Committee on Property Management reported on Thursday .
Of the fasilities of state property, 14,355 are private homes and summer cottages, 28,983 - apartments, 22,720 - land plots, 2,069 - non-residential buildings, 1,413 - non-residential areas, 408 - property complexes, 11 - multi-storey buildings.
During the reporting period there were 15,441 registered mortgage contract and 347 leases.
