Construction of a new hair dye plant in Azerbaijan may start at the end of this year, Sakina Babayeva, head of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, told Trend.
She said that the project worth a total of 1.2 million manats is at the final stage of development.
Babayeva noted that the project received support from the relevant structures, and all details of the project are being discussed.
She added that this is a private project funded by one of the women entrepreneurs, who is a member of the Association.
Over 143,000 women are engaged in business in Azerbaijan, according to statistics.
The Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan was created with the support of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of Azerbaijan and was established in October 2017.
