During May 2019, the price for commercial facilities increased in Baku, Trend reports with reference to MBA Group consulting company.
During the reporting period, the price increased by 0.91 percent compared to the same period of last year. Thus, if in May 2018 the price of one square meter of commercial facilities amounted to 2,621 manats, in May 2019 it has increased to 2,645 manats.
The price increase is also observed on land.
In May 2018, the average cost of 100 square meters of land amounted to 21,927 manats, whereas in May 2019 it has increased by 2.87 percent and amounted to 22,556 manats. Furthermore, in May 2019, the cost of low-rise buildings increased by 1.52 percent compared to the previous month and decreased by 3.13 percent compared to the same period of last year.
Slight increase is also observed on prices for summerhouses.
Compared to April 2019, the price has increased by one percent in May, whereas compared to the same period of last year it has increased by two percent.
