Physical volume of Kazakhstan’s GDP amounted to 68.9 trillion tenge ($158.2 billion based on current exchange rate) in 2019, which is 4.5 percent more than during 2018 (61.8 trillion tenge or $141.8 billion), preliminary data said, Trend reports with reference to Kazakhstan’s Statistics Committee.
Some 55.5 percent of the total GDP value account for paid services, 37.5 percent account for goods manufacturing, 7 percent account for net tax.
Thus, the volume of goods manufacturing amounted to 25.8 trillion tenge ($59.3 billion) in 2019, which is 4.7 percent more than in 2018.
This sum includes 19.008 trillion tenge ($43.6 billion) of goods produced in industry, which is 3.8 percent more than in 2018; 3.7 trillion tenge ($8.6 billion) accounted for construction sphere, which is 12.9 percent more than in 2018; 3.06 trillion tenge ($7.03 billion) accounted for agriculture, fishery and forestry, which is 0.9 percent more than in 2018.
In turn, some 38.2 trillion tenge ($87.7 billion) of Kazakhstan’s GDP accounted for services, which is 4.5 percent more than in 2018.
Net tax accounted for 4.8 trillion tenge ($11.1 billion) of GDP, which is 4.5 percent more than in 2018.
