Azerbaijan, Baku, 17 March / Trend / Joint venture and operating companies developing the onshore fields in Azerbaijan and produced 201,000 tons oil from January to February in 2008 against 192,000 tons in the same period in 2007, State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) reported.
The largest volume of oil production was by operating company Salyan Oil, which is developing the contract area Kursangi-Garabakhli at 45,000 tons oil.
