Oil company Amoco Caspian Sea Petroleum Limited, operating in Azerbaijan has announced it has gone into voluntary liquidation today.
Liquidation procedures began on April 27, 2012, official press reports on Thursday.
In addition, the company notified all creditors that they must submit information about their debt claims, as well as data about themselves and their lawyers to the e-mail address: [email protected] until June 30, 2012. Otherwise, lenders can take them out of the process of distribution of shares received whilst confirming the debt claim.
Liquidators of the company are Elizabeth Bingham and Roy Bailey, who represent the accountancy firm Ernst and Young.
