Azerbaijan and Turkey will be able to jointly implement energy projects in the Mediterranean and the Black Sea, Turkey's Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz told Trend on Monday in Baku.
Yildiz said the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey should not be limited to the two countries or projects within the region, as they have the potential for successful cooperation in third countries.
SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) should take the initiative for cooperation in third countries, he said.
