40,000 customers left without electricity in western Georgia

Due to weather conditions in Western Georgia about 40,000 customers have been left without electricity.

As Energo-pro Georgia told Trend on Nov.20, according to the data for 9am this morning, about 50,000 customers had their electricity cut off. However, by 12pm, 10,000 customers have received electricity.

The company said that technical teams were working hard to reconnect the electricity supply and if the weather improves, the electricity supply will be restored as soon as possible.

By this time, part of the consumers in Imereti, Samegrelo and Adjara are still cut off from electricity.
