Gasoline prices in Uzbekistan rise again

Prices of RON-91 gasoline were raised again at gas stations in Uzbekistan, Trend reports via Uzbek media.

Gasoline of this brand has risen in price by 3.77 percent. Previously, its price was 5,300 soums, and now it went up to 5,500 soums.

From August 15, 2019, the retail price for RON-91 gasoline is determined through exchange trading.

From August 12 to 16, 2019, 1,485 tons of RON-91 brand gasoline were put up for exchange trading at Uzbek Commodity Exchange.

According to the results of weekly trading, 246.2 tons of RON-91 gasoline (16.6 percent of the volume set out for sale) was sold for a total of more than 1.5 billion soums.

Applications for the purchase of RON-91 gasoline were submitted by legal entities, including large industrial enterprises, business entities and gas stations.
