The deputy director emphasized that of these wells, 24 were delineation and development wells, 3 were exploration wells, and 71 were repair wells.

Tamaddon added that 73 wells were drilled in the territories of National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC), 10 in the Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC), 9 in the Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (PEDEC), and 2 in the Iranian Central Oil Fields Company (ICOFC). Also, 4 wells planned by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) were drilled and handed over to the relevant authorities.
