By mid-October Р'Р Azerbaijan plans to set up drilling the third exploitation well with the project depth of some 3900 meters from the platform built on the West Azeri, Р'Р Azerbaijan told Trend.
Last week BР Azerbaijan concluded the drilling the second exploitation well on this platform.
In general, it is planned to drill 4 wells on West Azeri this year , while the production from the field was commenced in January 2006.
PSA on the development of Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli fields was sighed on 20 September 1994 and enacted into law on 12 December 1994. ACG Participating Interests are: BP (operator 34,1%), Chevron (10,2%), SOCAR (10%), INPEX (10%), Statoil (8,6%), ExxonMobil (8%), TPAO (6.8%), Devon (5,6%), ITOCHU (3,9%), Amerada Hess (2,7%).
