Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend U.Ismayilova / Germany offers Azerbaijan oil and gas equipment.
Hartmurt Schnider, the German Federal Minister for economy and technology, stated to an Azerbaijani-German business-forum in Baku on 6 June that Germany is a huge producer of oil and gas equipment.
"Oil and gas sector of Azerbaijan is interesting for Germany, but we are most al interested in delivery of oil production equipment to the country," he noted.
Germany would like to attract to Azerbaijan to projects on recoverable energy sources.
Niyazi Safarov, the Azerbaijani Deputy Minister for Economic Development, stated to a news conference that Azerbaijani import from Germany exceeds the export.
"During the meeting we want to demonstrate our export opportunities," Safarov added.
