Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan records increase in investments in fixed assets

BAKU, Azerbaijan, Dec. 14

The number of funds allocated to fixed assets increased in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan in the past 11 months of this year, Trend reports citing Nakhchivan’s State Statistical Committee.

Within investments in fixed assets, 948.9 million manat ($558.1 million) were allocated from all financial sources, which is one percent more compared to the same period of 2019.

In the structure of Nakhchivan’s GDP, 1 percent fell on the share of investments in fixed assets.

From January through November 2019, the GDP of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic amounted to 2.49 billion manat ($1.46 billion). Investments in fixed assets amounted to 939.6 million manat or 37.7 percent of GDP.
