The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) is taking measures to ensure a higher level of development of non-cash payments, the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the CBA Alim Guliyev told Trend.
"The CBA has developed a special strategy. We have implemented the state program for 2018-2020. The CBA has a national payment strategy for 2022-2024. This document contains all measures for the development of non-cash payments in the country," he said.
"We are taking various measures to achieve a higher level of development of non-cash payments, to ensure their inclusiveness and accessibility. These measures will cover 2022-2024," Guliyev said.
