BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 29. President of the Azerbaijan Banks Association, Chairman of Supervisory Board of Rabitabank OJSC Zakir Nuriyev increased his share in the bank's capital to 14.45 percent in the first half of 2022 (11.48 percent at the end of 2021), Trend reports referring to the bank's balance sheet.
General Director of Rabitabank OJSC Seyran Nuriyev also increased his share in the bank's capital from 10.46 to 14.51 percent.
Shareholder Valida Abasova decreased her share from 27.04 to 20.13 percent
Member of the Supervisory Board and the main shareholder Rauf Aliyev stayed with the share of 40.60 percent.
Rabitabank OJSC was founded in 1993 and it's the eighth bank in Azerbaijan in terms of assets. Rabitabank's shareholders are 13 individuals, and the bank's share capital amounts to 101.3 million manat ($59 million) as of June 30, 2022.
