Azerbaijani NBCO's bonds listed on Baku Stock Exchange

BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 28. Bonds of Azerbaijan's Falcon Finance NBCO worth 700,000 manat ($411,764) were included in the standard listing segment, following the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 27, Trend reports citing the BSE.

The bonds will be placed on the Baku Stock Exchange at a single price. The auction date will be posted on the BSE website at least two business days before the start of the placement.

A total of 700 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 manat ($588.2) each with a circulation period of one calendar year, and a yield of 14 percent will be put up for auction. Coupon payments will be made every 30 days.

The placement underwriter is "PSG-Kapital İnvestisiya Şirkəti" JSC insurance company.

"Falcon Finance" NBCO received a license in 2013.

The turnover of securities on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) exceeded 14.9 billion manat ($8.7 billion) in 2022, which is two percent less than in the previous year.

The government securities amounted to 55.61 percent of the turnover or 8.31 billion manat ($4.8 billion).

The turnover of corporate securities on the stock increased by 93 percent compared to 2021 and amounted to 1.57 billion manat ($920 million), and the repurchase agreement (REPO) transactions on corporate securities - by 2.694 percent, reaching 101.4 million manat ($59.5 million).
