Azerbaijan IT-company Neyrotech introduced a trial version of a mini-computer with voice control, Dilmanc project manager Abulfat Fatullayev told Trend on Wednesday.
Customers of the project are the Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry and Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Fatullayev said the design and software component device is fully developed by Dilmanc with Neyrotech. A prototype of a mini-computer has been made in China. The software component device is made in the Azerbaijani language.
"If a need arises, the device can be put into mass production. Mini-computer can be useful for both blind and visually impaired people and others needing it. The device is controlled by voice commands, allowing one to gather news from RSS- channels, search for and publicize the availability of the literature requested by speaker in the electronic database of library, control e-mail, inform about the presence of e-mails in inbox, reply to letters, make phone calls, etc," Fatullayev said.
