The reforms experience of the postal sector of Azerbaijan will be discussed as part of the regional conference "Support to countries of Europe and the CIS in strengthening and advancing the process of postal reforms", which will be conducted on Sept. 6-7 in Kiev, the report of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications (RCC) said.
The conference will also discuss the application of universal postal services, regulation, regulation and funding of the postal sector, the methodology of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in the field of postal reforms, modernization of postal operators in developing countries.
Representatives from the UPU will talk about the purposes and prospects of a comprehensive plan of reforms and development of the postal sector in Europe and the CIS.
The Communications Administration of Azerbaijan will also attend the 33rd meeting of the RCC Commission for postal communication and 22nd meeting of the RCC Council of Postal Operators, which will be held on Sept. 8 in Kiev.
