The Agency for Intellectual Property of Azerbaijan is selecting promising start-ups that will be presented at an exhibition in Geneva, the Agency told Trend.
The exhibition will be organized on November 21 and timed to the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic.
The exhibition is organized at the initiative of the Agency for Intellectual Property and the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan.
"The first stage of the start-up selection was held on October 9 and the next one will take place on October 18, after which the list of participants will be announced. Only promising start-ups will be selected and priority will be given to innovative projects that are likely to acquire patents," the Agency said.
To date, applications for participation in the exhibition have been submitted by the High-Tech Park LLC and the State Fund for ICT Development.
