During 28-30 October of this year the representatives of “Cybernet” company – director general Ilham Namazov and business development manager Fuad Ahmadov were on a business trip in Tashkent, the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main goal of the visit was the exchange of experience and identification of new cooperation opportunities with the business circles of Uzbekistan.
One of the meetings scheduled within the visit took place at State Taxes Committee of the country represented by 1st deputy chairman Alimjan Fayzibayev and head of the research information center of new technologies Khayotjon Nasrulloev. The representatives of the committee were given detailed information about the IT solutions implemented by Cybernet in Azerbaijan and neighboring countries as well as the company’s experience in development and automation of public services. During the meeting lasted for over two hours representatives of Cybernet demonstrated the functionality of Automated Tax Information System (AVIS). This system was highly valued by the taxes officials of Uzbekistan who declared their intention to pay an official visit to Azerbaijan for closer familiarization with the system.
During the meetings held at other government organizations such projects as Real Estate Registry, Cadaster and Management system (RERCMS), e-mortgage system and independent examination information system implemented in Kazakhstan were cited as the successful examples realized by Cybernet.
It was also brought to attention that Cybernet operates in accordance with the advanced international quality management standards of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO /IEC 20000-1:2011 which confirm the quality and reliability of the services rendered by the company. During the meeting the parties also discussed the opportunities of cooperation in the field of realization of public information systems in the taxes sector under the implementation of the effective Law “On informatisation”.
