BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 19. Revenues from mobile communication and information services in Azerbaijan rose from January through April 2022, the State Statistical Committee told Trend.
According to the committee, this figure amounted to 822.5 million manat ($483.8 million), up by 106.3 million manat ($62.5 million), or 14.8 percent, on annual basis.
The committee also said that 323.2 million manat or $190.1 million (39.3 percent) of the revenues fell on telecommunications market (mobile operators).
Some 629.21 million manat or $370.12 million (76.5 percent) of the total volume of communication and information services fell on services provided for the population.
Besides, 676.92 million manat or $398.19 million (82.3 percent) of the sector revenues in the first four months of this year accounted for private enterprises.
